Following through with the complete 12-weeks of the Venus Factor program will require willpower, effort, and discipline on your part.

I will go over each component of the Venus Factor program providing you with the details of everything that is included.

Barban begins by explaining the two-step process that goes into changing the size and shape of your body:

Getting rid of fat mainly comes down to diet and nutrition.

Many women take the approach of significantly reducing their caloric intake in the short run. This approach can result in rapid weight loss.

Consuming such little calories is not sustainable in the long run. Eventually, when caloric intake is brought back up to normal levels, all the weight that was lost is put back on. This then becomes a never ending cycle.

The Venus Factor presents a fat loss strategy (reverse tapering) that is tailored towards helping you keep the weight off in the long run.

Step 2: Body Shaping and Muscle Toning 

Everyone has a unique body structure that largely comes down to genetics.

Pretty fancy name, but these are basically the guidelines you will follow each week that will work to boost your metabolism and stabilize your leptin levels.

There are a total of 80 sample meal plans.

The Venus Index

The Venus Index is a set of body proportions that are based on height. The three ratio’s that go into it are:

  1. Height-to-Waist Ratio
  2. Waist-to-Hip Ratio
  3. Waist-to-Shoulder Ratio

The ultimate goal of the Venus Factor Program is to get you closer to the hourglass physique, i.e. your ideal Venus Index.

Barban goes into great detail explaining how he incorporated the Golden Ratio, aka “The Divine Proportion”, into the ideal Venus Index measurements and how the workout program is specifically designed to bring you closer to these proportions.

The Venus Factor Virtual Nutritionist

You enter your body dimensions into the Venus Factor Virtual Nutritionist and it outputs a list of your weekly targets during each phase of your program.

The two key outputs from the software are:

  2. Maintenance number: The amount of calories you will eat to reset your hormone levels to prepare your body for the next round of dieting in the program.

There are also a list of other outputs (as seen in the preview below) that will provide you with certain goals to aim for in terms of caloric consumption and ideal measurements.

You will enter your measurements into the calculator once per week to get your updated requirements.

It is best to take your measurements on the same day every week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

The virtual nutritionist is a key component of the Venus Factor program because it provides you with great reference points as you move through the program.

The rest of this document is the Venus Factor Final Phase 12 week workout program. These workouts build on from the previous workouts that you did in the main program.

There are 3 cycles that you will go through for this Final Phase of training:

    So if I understand, this is more a get fit than lose weight program? I had heard of them before, but had (for some reason) thought it was a “miracle pill” type of thing, haha.

    Also, do you know any women that did this program ? Looking at the exercices I’d be scared to “bulk up” rather than tone like with cardio
