I did not personally use the Fat Diminisher System to transform my body. Casey is my sister's friend who posted her transformation photo on facebook. Summary: The Fat Diminisher System is not another fad diet. Instead, it gives you simple action steps to tweak your food intake in simple ways to bring about massive results. A lot of times we are at a crossroads between what needs to be done and what we feel like doing. I know that I should opt for veggies instead of the french fries, but all I want is one french fry. One turns into two and two turns into twenty three. Rewiring your subconscious with affirmations is about fully aligning to your goal so that the thought of even trying one french fry doesn't enter your mind. You do what needs to be done rather than what you feel like doing. 

What Am I Doing Wrong?

Fruits and vegetables are infused with pesticides so that they grow faster. Chickens are given hormones so they grow faster and lay more eggs. That's just how the food industry works. ​In this chapter Wesley provides a list of food ingredients that you should watch out for. 

The general rule is that if you can't pronounce an ingredient on a label, don't eat it! These ingredients contaminate our bodies and mess with our hormones. Amongst the many side effects one of them is irregular weight gain, and this can eventually lead to stuff like diabetes and heart problems. 

Is It My Hereditary or Genetics?​

So many people claim to be overweight because of their genetics. Sure, every one of us varies in terms of our baseline metabolisms and our capacity to gain fat. But the bottomline is that your genetics are not the reason you are fat! You are fat because of your lifestyle.

If your mother is overweight, you probably grew up eating greasy foods, white breads, ​and dangerous salts. If so, then chances are that you are overweight as well. But the reason is not because your mother was, the reason is because you adopted your mother's eating habits! The point is to never blame outside factors for your condition. If you are overweight, it is because of the habits you adopted, and your habits can be changed!

I won't go over these techniques in detail, but basically they involve simple tweaks that can easily factor into your life as habits that work towards your goal of fat-loss.

Acidic vs Alkalinity​

As mentioned earlier, the majority of foods that we buy from the supermarket are loaded with substances that harm our bodies. In today's day and age, acidification in our bodies is promoted through regular lifestyle and diet. A number of problems we face with our bodies can be traced down to acidification. Wesley provides a 14 symptom checklist for you to diagnose if your body is currently in an acidic state.

In an alkaline state you are likely to experience better energy, faster fat-loss, and a stronger immune system. Wesley provides a list of foods that promote alkalinity in the body. Basically, the 5 other vegetables on this list are the ones most commonly infused with manmade substances. Wesley stresses the importance of opting for organic fruits and vegetables instead of the ones readily available on the market. Sure, they may be more expensive but they will also cut down on the harm caused by non-organic foods in the long run. 

Why Should I Eat More To Lose?​

​It is very important to consume foods that are as close to their natural form as possible. Avoid anything that comes in a box. When you are eating clean and organic foods, you do not have to worry too much about closely calculating how much you are consuming. Wesley stresses that you will drop fat effortlessly if you are eating high quality foods in the right quantity. What is the right quantity? It's about eating to a point where you are 75% full. I'm not sure about the "fat melting" part, but upon doing further research the 3 foods mentioned here are no short of being "super".

The first of these 3 foods is wheatgrass. Wheatgrass is a very powerful antioxidant that cuts away the carcinogens in your body allowing the environment for a more alkaline state. Not only that, but wheatgrass can also reverse the negative effects caused by the years of unhealthy eating habits by detoxifying the liver. There are a number of other benefits of wheatgrass, and a smoothie recipe is provided at the end for a convenient way to get in your daily serving.

The 2 other foods mentioned are not as powerful as wheatgrass, but consuming them alongside wheatgrass will make for an very potent trio of detoxifying goodness.
